Events for engineering holding

Traditional marketing is alive! In the period before the pandemic, we carried out several marketing events for our major client Kuboušek EU holding. Individual events were part of the marketing mix. All types of events – trade fairs, social events, company presentations, events for employees, have always been linked with corporate branding and original creativity.

The selected target groups were addressed with an intense experience that has always been characteristic of the event concept.

VIP event in Český Krumlov for 40 people. The event was conceived in a medieval style. Guests were guided through the evening by Herold - a medieval storyteller, and Renaissance music was played. The programme was also supplemented by a performance of a juggler, who entertained everyone present with his humour. After the medieval feast, guests were treated to a night tour of the town, which culminated in a midnight fireworks display. The whole programme was in English.

Our service included suggesting locations, arranging catering and programme for guests. Creating graphic materials, invitations, creating a special 25th anniversary video, branding and providing accommodation for all guests.
Teambuilding day for about 300 employees with family members in the outdoor park in Hluboká. In the morning, a common game was prepared for the employees. During the afternoon, family members joined the staff and the program was free. All activities of the outdoor park were fully available to all guests. The evening ended with a rich buffet and disco with mixed cocktails.
The opening of the Kuboušek Technology Centre was probably the biggest event in the company's history.

The event lasted five days and took place mainly in the Technology Centre in České Budějovice. In the first phase, the centre was visited by customers, potential clients, as well as journalists, for whom a press conference was held. Visitors were treated to a tour of the new building, live machine demonstrations, expert lectures and receptions accompanied by live music. The last day was dedicated to business partners from all over the world, who after the opening ceremony of the Technology Centre moved to the luxurious surroundings of the Hotel Štekl in close proximity to the State Chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou. For our guests we have arranged a VIP tour of the castle, gifts in the historical spirit, a multi-course dinner in Renaissance style, period musical accompaniment and a closing fire show.

We made the entire event turnkey and provided everything from invitations to name tags for the table. We have created a special microsite for the newly opened Technology Centre. We were on site throughout the entire event to ensure the smooth running of the event.
For its annual participation at the International Engineering Fair in Brno, Kuboušek wanted to create a new form of presentation for 2017. In cooperation with the architect, we therefore created completely new stands with a new layout, new graphics and overall concept of the company's presentation.

The main graphic element is a round rosette representing the company's divisions and their main services. Although the design was originally intended for brochures and other presentation materials, the client liked it so much that he asked for it to be placed on the stand. We also used this motif on the puzzles that visitors to the stand were given.

The different divisions of the company were presented through seven stops, for which we designed the form and content. On some of them we installed tablets with original applications, elsewhere we presented real robots from Kuboušek's offer. For one of the stops, we created an animated video that featured the entire group and its services.

During MSV we also organized an evening event at the client's stand for 100 people with catering and live music performed by a jazz band.
