Mission INpossible from Czech Republic to Europe
Inoutic, a brand belonging to the world’s leading manufacturer of PVC window profiles Deceuninck, was looking for a way to increase the KPI response rate in direct marketing. We designed a contact-basedmulti-level direct marketing process based on a creative 3D mailing that is linked to an online channel – a landing page with a video. The package contained a specially modified tablet that played a video message when turned on.
The campaign was implemented in the first wave in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland. The result was excellent, more than 40% interest in the appointment immediately after delivery. In addition to exceeding the conversion goal of face-to-face meetings with decesion makers, this campaign also resulted in real business, which in this case is long-term B2B contracts.
Thanks to excellent KPIs, the campaign was later cloned in other countries – Germany, Austria, Romania, also with very good results.
The commissioning can only be carried out by the sales representative called in. This puts them in a meeting with the most important person who decides on the investment in window technology.
